1^st Class Recorded Delivery - £1.95

Items sent by recorded delivery must be signed for. This takes 1-2 working days.

Special Delivery - £5.00

Items sent by special delivery will often arrive with you by 1pm the next day. Remember to use a work address if you need to, as these items need to be signed for. We strongly recommend Special delivery on any large orders as 1^st class recorded does not cover jewellery.

International - £9.00

Worldwide sign-for extra compensation. These orders take between 2 - 5 working days. All orders shipped outside the UK must be specified and paid for as International Sign For – Extra Compensation. We cannot ship your order outside of the UK unless you choose correct delivery

Exchanging and returning Items

If an item purchased from Unforgettable Moments is unsuitable or does not fit it can be returned for a refund or to be exchanged. You have 14 days from the despatch date to return the item, which must be returned in its original condition with official Pandora packaging. You are responsible for the return postage charge.

In the interest of hygiene, earrings are non-returnable.

When an item is to be exchanged you will be charged for the postage of the replacement item.

Where there is a price difference between the items we will call you to take your card details to either credit your account or to take extra payment.

We do not accept responsibility for parcels being returned to us that are lost in transit and strongly advise that returns are sent by Special Delivery.

We do not accept responsibility for any delays in the postal service or for undelivered goods and strongly advise customers to select the "Special Delivery - Guaranteed Next Day" option, which includes a Parcel Tracking Service and Insurance.

Returns, exchanges and repairs are processed in the order that they are received. Although we strive to process them as quickly as possible please allow 1 . 2 weeks for your request to be processed. Please allow additional time during peak times such as Valentinefs Day, Mothers Day and Christmas.

When exchanging an item that is ordered in error by the customer we request that the customer includes a cheque for the amount of £5.00 for the return postage of the exchanged item. If this is not included we cannot ship the exchange out. (Please make cheques payable to Unforgettable Moments)
